Groundbreaking ceremony held for Phase III of the Dinmei Industrial Park; Dinmei designated as a CNAS-accredited national laboratory; Commenced bulk supply of honeycomb panel ceiling materials for the Shenzhen quarantine hotel project; Successful trial production of snap-fit adhesive-free large panels, aluminum stone panels, and resin-coated honeycomb panels; Obtained Grade II qualification for building decoration and renovation engineering; The company’s annual revenue exceeded 700 million yuan (including tax) for the first time; the concept of “prefabricated ceiling, wall, door, and cabinet systems” was introduced, leading the industry’s transformation and expansion into the prefabricated turnkey market.
Phase II of the Dinmei Industrial Park, a key project in Zhejiang Province, has been completed, and production lines have been successfully relocated; Dinmei led the drafting of the “Zhejiang Manufacturing” group standard for integrated ceiling and wall systems; the industry’s first patented continuous production line for adhesive-free large panels has commenced operations, securing seven invention patents and further advancing the integrated ceiling and wall industry; Dinmei has once again signed a contract with Ma Yili to support charitable initiatives.
Dinmei upgraded its “Ceiling and Artistic Wall” line to “Dinmei Integrated Ceiling and Wall Systems,” pioneering a new industry in integrated ceiling and wall solutions; signed actress Ma Yili as its brand ambassador and made a strong debut on CCTV’s *Exchange Space*; had its “Integrated Bathroom Project” included in the province’s key construction projects; completed its shareholding restructuring, changed its name to Zhejiang Dinmei Smart Decoration Co., Ltd., and successfully listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ).
We refined Dinmei’s development strategy and established the company’s mission, vision, and core values; the roll-coating production line for 6-head, 3-color-belt printed aluminum panels achieved a successful first-run test; Dinmei launched its new “Artistic Ceiling and Wall Panels” product line, pioneering a new industry that integrates ceiling and wall solutions; with sales revenue exceeding 200 million yuan, the company embarked on a new chapter in its development.
Phase I of the Dinmei Industrial Park was completed, marking the completion of the company’s full relocation; Dinmei’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhejiang Landuo Integrated Home Furnishings Co., Ltd., was established, entering the custom cabinetry and wardrobe sector.
With an investment of 150 million yuan, the first phase of the Dinmei Industrial Park was constructed, and sales revenue exceeded 100 million yuan for the first time.
In 2007, the company was renamed Zhejiang Dinmei Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd. It constructed a new 7,586 square meter factory and established in-depth industry academia research partnerships with several universities, including Zhejiang University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Zhejiang University of Technology. In June 2008, construction was completed on Dinmei’s two existing factory sites, which cover a total area of 16.66 mu (approximately 2.47 acres) and have a total floor area of 14,859.233 square meters.
In 2003, a new two-story factory building and warehouse were constructed on the premises, adding 3,486.58 square meters of floor space. Jiaxing Jiamin Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd. was registered; the company entered into a design partnership for bathroom heaters with Ying Fangtian, the pioneer of bathroom heater design at Zhejiang University; and established a joint venture with Guangdong Rongsheng Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd. to form a bathroom heater division.
The company was renamed Jiaxing Jiamin Plastic & Electrical Appliance Factory, and its first-generation bathroom heater and exhaust fan products were launched; a strategic partnership was established with Guangzhou Wanbao Group, and a licensing agreement was signed for the use of the Wanbao bathroom heater trademark.
Jiaxing Wangdian Jiamin Electrical Appliance Factory was established in 1999. It occupies a site area of 3.58 mu, with a total floor area of 2,986.65 square meters, and manufactures plastic components for refrigerator compressors, standalone bathroom heaters, and plastic pellets. In 2000, the company purchased land from Wangdian Central Primary School to expand its factory premises, adding 13.08 mu of land and 800 square meters of floor area.
